DVC has automated machines of the SMD / CMS type for the assembly of PCBs. This card may be integrated into a rack or into a made-to-measure box or machined by our CNC.
DVC can equip your module with all the peripheral elements, from the front cover to all the connecting terminals and with pre-fitted cables. Based on the requirements, tropicalised versions (coating) or “potting” (encapsulation with resin) can be performed.
If you wish, DVC can supply you with a complete “Plug & Play” type solution to make life easier.
DVC guarantees complete traceability, based on a QR code, on all of its production, from the component supplier, through the operator, to dispatching.
